Tehran is ready to restart atomic discussions with Washington on condition that it is approached with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

The Iranian diplomat stated only diplomacy was effective, and revealed recent overtures had come from intermediaries to reopen negotiations with the US government.
